Return Policy


At Bzlink.com we have every confidence that you will be delighted with your purchase. However,

in the event that you wish to return any goods purchased, then please follow the applicable policy

detailed below.

Policy for return:

1 We provide a 3-months period guarantee for all products.

2 Any product with quality defects under the warranty period can be asked for return. Please pay attention that we are not responsible for defects by human damage by customers.

3 Please write the RMA number which we provide to you after authorize the customer’s application for each return in the return invoice or stick the printed one to the outside of the package.

4 When you sent the return package, please notify us about it by email.

5 All the returned items must be in the original condition, not used, worn or altered. All the products should be packing tightly to avoid shipping damage.

6 We suggest you to use EMS for returned package.

7 Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost which will be deducted from the payment for products. We will refund the rest to customers when receive the return package, the refund period takes 1-2 business days. 

Policy for refund:

1 Please note that we reserve the right of rejection for a refund as following items:

*Any product not in the warranty period (exceed the expiry date for return).

*Damaged products of human error caused by customers.

*Any returned product that is not in its original condition (used, worn or altered).

2 We will refund the payment to you when we receive the returned package.

Policy for replacement:

1 Customers choose to replace the items should ensure the products are in their warranty period and not be used, altered, damaged by customer.

2 We will process your replacement within 3 business day from we receive the returned package and would extend this period when the items are out of stock.

3 We afford the shipping cost for the replacement.
