take upwards to 1-5 business days. If approved, you will receive an email from sales@bzlink.com with your RMA # and further instructions on how to complete
your request. All returns must be pre-authorized by the BZLINK Customer Service Department. Unsolicited returns will not be refunded and will be returned.
